Chicken liver and brandy pate, toast and red onion marmalade

Prawn cocktail, sauce Marie Rose and granary bread

The Middle Order

Wiltshire pork belly, sage and apricot stuffing, cider and apple sauce, dauphinoise potato

Confit of Creedy Carver duck leg, with autumn berry sauce and dauphinoise potato

Fillet of salmon with hollandaise sauce and new potato

Slow braised Somerset lamb shank, rosemary and port sauce, dauphinoise potato
